      Ich habe vor einigen Jahren eine XRP-Trustline auf meinem Nano S eingerichtet. Jetzt habe ich einen Nano X. Aus irgendeinem Grund kann ich meine XRP auf Binance nicht an meinen Nano X senden, weil ich Deposit authorization required und Destination tag required auf meiner Trustline habe. Ich habe auf XRP Toolkit, XRPL und Ledger nachgeschaut, wie man „Deposit authorization required“ und „Destination tag required“ entfernen kann, aber es sieht so aus, als ob es eine ausgeklügelte Codierung mit json-Dateien erfordert. Ich bin kein Programmierer. Gibt es irgendwo in den Einstellungen von Ledger Nano X einen Punkt, an dem ich „Deposit authorization required“ und „Destination tag required“ deaktivieren kann? Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, dass ich diese Anforderungen jemals eingestellt habe. Ich bin für jede Hilfe dankbar.

      PROBLEM GELÖST! Ein wunderbarer Ledger-Support-Mitarbeiter (Robin) verwies mich zurück auf XRPToolkit. Unter XRP-Konto erhalten, HIT SHOW MORE. Die Optionen werden angezeigt, um diese Einstellungen ein- oder auszuschalten. Ganz einfach, ich konnte die Einstellungen auf die richtige Weise ändern. Danke Robin!!

      Tag / memo is not required when depositing on a lexger account.

      So you can used amy tag if they require one. Do a test transfer first

      I’m just trying to send xrp from gemini to ledger but can’t for whatever reason. I read I need to send 10 xrp to wallet so it can activated first but where am I gona get that gemini is the only exchange I can get xrp from NY

      Hey – Sorry to hear about this. For the Deposit authorization and Destination tag requirements, are typically set by the exchange or the receiving wallet, not by the Ledger device. If you’re having trouble with these settings on Binance, we would recommend reaching out to their support team for assistance.

      When you are sending XRP/XLM from an exchange to your address obtained by Ledger, you are not required to put a specific tag. Since the address is controlled by you, the funds in Ledger Live will appear on your address automatically.

      Some exchanges may still require inserting a tag while withdrawing the assets. In that case, you can pick any tag, for example, a random number from 0 to 4294967295 without any specific number being necessary to receive your funds. More info here
