      Hallo zusammen,

      Wenn mein Ledger Nano S an meinen Computer angeschlossen ist, erkennt LedgerLive ihn problemlos. Aber für bestimmte Funktionen fordert es mich auf, meine PIN auf dem Nano einzugeben – und wenn ich das tue, gibt mir der Nano selbst Zugang. Aber das funktioniert nicht mit LedgerLive, das mich weiterhin auffordert, meine PIN einzugeben.

      Hat jemand diese Erfahrung gemacht, und kann jemand helfen?

      So when you enter the pin into the devices itself it accepts it, you’re in and you can see the assets icons?

      Did you set up your main 24 words and then an additional passphrase?

      Probably an old firmware on your ledger.

      1) install the latest ledger live

      2) update your nano s firmware

      Kind of a stab in the dark but are you on Linux by chance? If so you may need to set up the udev rules to make it so ledger live can actually talk to the device.
