Wusstet ihr, dass ihr ein eigenes 25. Wort für eure Seed Phrase erstellen könnt und auch Konten speziell für dieses 25. Ich habe das vor kurzem herausgefunden und fühle mich jetzt viel sicherer, nachdem ich es eingerichtet habe. Für den Zugriff auf dieses sekundäre Konto verwendet man außerdem eine zweite PIN. Selbst wenn also jemand Ihre 24-Wort-Seed-Phrase herausfindet, ist er nicht in der Lage, Vermögenswerte aus dem anderen Konto mit der 25. Ich liebe es!!! Ich habe mein Ledger schon seit fast zwei Jahren und habe das erst diesen Monat herausgefunden. It is called bip39 passphrase, it is an optional arbitrary user-defined string, and it should NOT be a word (esp. Not a dictionary word), for security reasons.
So calling it the 25th word is not the best idea. Plus, if you use a 12-word seed phrase, the passphrase would be the 13th word, not the 25th.

It’s also good to know that using a passphrase doesn’t protect your existing accounts created with your recovery phrase. Adding a passphrase creates a whole new set of accounts unrelated to the accounts created without the passphrase. If you want your funds protected, you need to transfer them all to the new accounts.
As the other commenter said, a passphrase shouldn’t be a word but a strong password.

the passphrase is dank i would say dankest aspect but u gotta make sure ur careful with it. don’t store it in the same spot as ur 24 words or else you put all of ur accounts at risk.
whole point is to keep it as separate accounts from your 24 word recovery phrase and so store it in a diff spot and ur all gucci : )
cool part is u can even set temporary passphrase for each session so u just need to remember the unique passphrase for each account u want to access but that can be confusing so dont do that unless ur comfortable w the process as a PIN etc.
