Ich habe vor etwa einer Woche eine Bestellung für das Titan-Mini-Paket aufgegeben und noch immer keine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Ich habe sie vor zwei Tagen angemailt und immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Ich fange an, die Bestellung des Titans zu bereuen. Ich weiß nicht, was an diesem Punkt zu tun, kann jemand helfen?

I wouldn’t worry about it, they will respond and you will probably see it in your mailbox before they do.
This is the thing about Ellipal, solid product but terrible customer experience and extremely slow responses. The good news is support questions they usually turn around within 24 hours so that’s a positive – otherwise everything else just takes forever, they did come through for me tho.
