      nach dem Kauf dieses Produkts bin ich immer noch unsicher, wegen ein paar Probleme, dh sehr rutschig, auch die Verbindung zu den Münzen Anbieter ist nicht einfach und das Update der simm ist nicht einfach zu bedienen halten auf Fehler, wenn ich scannen qr-Code ist nicht das, was ich erwartet hatte, müssen mehr auf das Produkt zu konzentrieren Ich gebe nur 3 von 10

      Unfortunately I have to agree. Been trying to add polygon (not etherium) chain for months. Asked a few times and got very vague responses. Adding to the etherium side is cake but adding the poly side I can’t find out how. Gave up and not happy it’s sitting in my exchange wallet.

      Can’t understand why you guys are having so many problems…… THE ONLY ISSUE I ever had was the day XRP lawsuit ended and the servers crashed just like every other exchange…..
      BUT I WILL SAY THIS. I don’t connect METAMASK and I DON’T use the Dapps because I use separate hot wallets for all that type of stuff. I only use it for storage and it’s been decently reliable as long as you keep EVERYTHING UPDATED…. That being said, their customer service does suck…..but, they’re a small company with high demand and they’re based in HK so……I expect that…..just wish they would expand their operations…..

      I have to admit when I got my device back in November I faced several problems with the app and was thinking about dumping it, but since the last update back in March all going fine.
