You should bookmark a page on your phone/computer of Etherscan (or w.e chain you use) with your wallet address in it. That way when you run into issues like this you can quickly look online and see your funds in the wallet or if it was sent out.

Is it still showing your hot wallet up top?

This happened a few times to me, but it was just the network having trouble connecting to the blockchain. After a day or so, it popped back up.

You can click on your asset, and see transaction history, to make sure nothing went out.

Is there a reason why you’re not using the cold wallet?

Yeah, I did the same thing when I first set mine up, ended up just deleting the app (hot wallet), reinstalling and connecting it back to cold storage. I didn’t have to transfer anything over, it’s all on the blockchain.

Sounds like it’s just not syncing the wallet with the blockchain right now, but will.

You can check your balance on the blockchain, to at least show you it’s still there.
