If you looked up the transaction on a block explorer and you’re not seeing it appear (even if you’ve executed the transaction within Ledger Live) – this would indicate it was never broadcasted properly from Ledger Live (and never made it to the blockchain – hence you’re not seeing it on a block explorer).
Have you cleared your cache in Ledger Live yet? There’s a good chance that once you clear your cache („settings“ > „help“ > „clear cache“ > „confirm“) – you’ll see any pending transactions or balances refresh – and then you’ll be able to attempt this transaction again.
