When you try to spend from the Tron account in question, are you getting an „incorrect recovery phrase or passphrase“ error message?
If so, this would indicate that the Tron account was created using either a different Ledger device, or if you’ve ever reset your Ledger and the Tron account was created using an **old** 24 word recovery phrase (or potentially a passphrase).
In that situation, you’ll want to try and access this account using any other Ledger devices (or 24 word recovery phrases) that you may have – as they could have ultimately created this Tron account.
This would also explain why your other accounts are accessible, apart from this individual Tron account that you’re unable to access with your current device.
