Also, some coins can be staked with Ledger securely, but you would want to use Ledger device connected to its respective 3rd party wallet.

For example, if you want to stake ADA, you could connect your device to Adalite’s interface to do so, until ADA staking features come to Ledger Live’s interface

Let us know what coins you are thinking of staking?

It really depends on what coins you are staking. Some blockchains don’t allow for true self-custody staking, and instead you are really just lending your coins out, with the additional risks of that.

Did you have specific coins in mind?

Stake both MATIC and ADA on Binance, everything else is on Ledger. Know you can stake ADA on Ledger but havent moved it over yet. Like previous comment said the only one I know you of your list you can stake on Ledger is DOT

Atom is also supported.

I am in the same dillemma, all my coins are staking in Binance. If I move all coins to my Ledger then if have to pay gasfee even when statet that I stake ‘directly’ on Ledger? Do the staking reward even cover the gasfee when staking on Ledger???
