      I occasionally close and reopen my Ledger Live App on my Macbook to see if Ledger has pushed up another update. Ledger has pushed about 4 updates in the last 6 weeks.

      I make a hobby to close and reopen the app every 3-5 days. There’s a lot of upgrades, updates and more integrations coming to Ledger.

      They’re definitely moving in the right direction and I applaud them for that.

      Make sure your Ledger Live is fully updated and then check that your device firmware and Doge app are also updated via the Manager tab in Ledger Live.

      In case the issue still persists:

      It is possible that you are trying to send already spent UTXO output in the failed transaction. You can fix this by forcing Ledger Live to synchronize.

      In order to force Ledger Live to synchronize you need to make sure that Ledger Live, your firmware and the dedicated app are updated.

      Once everything is updated, you need to clear the cache in Ledger Live by clicking on Settings > Help > Clear Cache
